Frank "Happy Cat," or Lord Happy Cat of Happyceister, originally began as a cat found on a now defunct Russian site that sold pet food. Eventually, due to his curiously amicable expression, he quickly made the rounds on the internet as a captioned image. This cat was also used in reference to the internet drama known as "NEDM", aka Not Even Doom Music, which is something you can search for yourself.

So what does Cheezburger Operator mean in reference to this? Basically, this particular feline has seen its glory in web-sites such as I Can Has Cheezburger and LOLcats which are sites that basically post captioned images of cats followed by posts from people who can't spell properly. Also, cats love high cholesterol, artery clogging cheezburgers. The "Operator" part of the patch is something I incorporated which is a term often given to military special forces, (aka Delta Force Operator). Thus, the individual wearing the patch becomes an elite Cheezburger Operator, fighting for halpless captioned cats worldwide.

So the whole thing is a play on words for the most part, a lot of inside humor that you would otherwise be clueless about if you had no idea what the history above above meant.

Unfortunately, Frank died at age 13 on November 16th, 2007. While he may no longer be with us, his meme will last for an eternity.
